Apple iPhone Passes 1 Million Mark

Apple shows that its iPhone was a success when it hits the million iPhone mark a couple of weeks ahead of time as of September 9, 2007. Steve Jobs earlier on announces price cuts on the iPhone by $200 after only two months. Investors were worried about Apple cutting prices in order to spur sales. The duration period was 74 days and ‘it took 74 days in comparison to two years to achieve the milestone with iPod’ exclaims Apple CEO Steve Jobs in a statement. Apple shares fell to the $130 range after the price cut news.
