With the market being flooded by countless phone models, Nokia feels the need to try a different selling point in an attempt to make their phone stand out from the massive crowd. Newly announced Nokia 3110 Evolve is one candy bar that loves Mother Nature in the sense that its “bio-covers” are made with over 50 percent renewable materials and comes nicely packed in a box that is made of 60 percent recycled stuff. It even has a charger that is most efficient ever offered by Nokia with a full 94 per cent below Energy Star specifications. The Nokia 3110 Evolve is pretty much similar to the Classic 3110 and comes with 1.3 megapixel camera, FM radio and tri-band GSM. There has been no word yet on its price or availability.

Sad to say, the surprise has been taken down by accidental postings of the official Nokia N82 pictures in the press area of the Nokia site a day earlier. Even though the pictures were later taken down quickly, guys from MobileReview forums acted even faster.

Combining elegance with uncompromised functionality, yes, the Nokia 8800 and Sapphire Arte comes with a price - the Arte will cost about €1,000 (USD1,460) and the Sapphire Arte €1,150 (USD1,679) when they ship in Q4 of 2007 and Q1 of 2008, respectively.

Nokia 810 Internet Tablet Getting Closer

Nokia, after having tackled the flaws found in the old Nokia 800, has announced its improved version being the Nokia 810 Internet Tablet. The concept of an Internet Tablet has yet to be perfected and is Nokia is working hard to make it happen.

The first problem that the new Nokia 810 Internet Tablet solved is to have itself equipped with a slide out keyboard. It now also comes with a more sophisticated browser that comes from Mozilla supporting Ajax and Flash 9. To add on, the Nokia 810 has GPS but unfortunately not 3G.

The Nokia 810 features a highly customizable user interface, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, optional 10GB memory card, and a sharp wide screen of 4.13″ 800 x 480 resolution giving its users a magical experience held in your palm. It is expected to start shipping some time in Mid November and costs about USD479.

Nokia Next Generation N-Gage Gaming Platform

This is the official launch video for Nokia’s upcoming next generation N-Gage gaming platform instead of a dedicated mobile gaming phone. The platform launches end of this year November that is compatible on a range of Nokian Symbian S60 3rd Edition smart phones. The phone list includes the N73, N81 (shown in the video), N81 8GB, N93, N93i, N95 and N95 8GB. The new phones will be added to the list over the time as well.

This is a video demo by Phone Scoop of the new Nokia Music Store service announced by Nokia earlier on.

The Nokia Music Store is opening across key European markets this fall and individual DRM protected 192Kbps tracks will cost EUR1.00 while albums around EUR 10.00, with a monthly subscription for PC streaming for EUR10.00. Features include dynamic music recommendations and a ‘Mix Me’ feature for creating playlists of recommended songs based on genre preferences.
