This is NTT DoCoMo commercial of the Android powered smartphone Sony Ericsson Xperia X10. Famous music producer Kobayashi Takeshi, DJ Osawa Shinichi and Bradberry Orchestra performed the song for the CM.
We reported earlier on how much the Japanese love the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 and many are buying the phone as an alternate choice to the iPhone. Here’s another interesting promotional video of the Xperia X10 which stars Ullis Norstrom.
The specs of the phone include a 1 GHz CPU, 4 inch touchscreen WVGA (489 x 854 resolution) with 16M colors, 1 GB storage, 8MP autofocus camera with LED flash and 3.5 mm audio jack.

Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 is now available in Japan via NTT DoCoMo and there seem to be a high demand for the first Sony Ericsson Android phone. It can be seen that long queues are in place pertaining that of Apple fans eager to buy their iPhone. DoComo sells the Xperia X10 in two colors - black and white.

Those who have been waiting for Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 can now be informed that rumor sets it that the launch date is between April 7th to 14th. It will be priced at $549.99 without a contract and $149.99 on a 3 year contract.
The Xperia X10 is Sony Ericsson’s first Android phone and competes in the top smartphone market with specs of 1 GHz CPU, 4 inch touchscreen WVGA (489 x 854 resolution) with 16M colors, 1 GB storage, 8MP autofocus camera with LED flash and 3.5 mm audio jack. A video walkthrough can be found here.
There also also news that Sony Ericsson’s Xperia X10 will never receive multi-touch capabilities due to hardware related issues. Users who insist on multitouch capabilities should still take a second look at the Xperia X10 since it still does offer an excellent user experience without it.

Sony Ericsson had just unveiled a new addition to the XPERIA family - the XPERIA Pureness codenamed ‘Kiki’. Highly stylish and sleek, it will be focusing on the design rather than the technology. Without full specs released from Sony Ericsson however we do know that the XPERIA Pureness features a transparent monochrome display and supports quad-band GSM/EDGE networks and supports Bluetooth. It will be hitting selected retail channels in key cities around the world sometime in November 2009.

Sony Ericsson is releasing a Cosmopolitan Flower edition of the W595 phone targetted for the ladies. White in color with red flower patterns, it also comes with a ‘flower power’ theme along with five full songs preloaded.
Sony Ericsson W595 Cosmopolitan Flower Edition will be available in selected countries of Western Europe from March 2009 and its a pity Valentine’s Day is over since it would make such a perfect gift for that occasion.

The guys at Mobile Choice takes a first look at the Sony Ericsson W995, the latest walkman phone which was unveiled at the GSMA Mobile World Congress held on 16-19 Feb 2009 in Barcelona.
The phone in Cosmic Silver looks similar to other phones in the walkman series and this demo takes a look at the different features such as wifi connectivity, GPS services, walkman player, auto rotation, video bar with sony xmb style icons, built in stand. Price has not been revealed yet for this phone.

The Sony Ericsson W995 is the new phone that tries to combine cyber-shot technology with the walkman to become one of the high end handset for the company. With an 8.1 megapixel camera, the days are near when your phone and camera merged into one for the highest quality picture and sound available in a mobile phone.
The phone will ship during Q1 this year in the available colours of Cosmic Silver, Energetic Red and Progressive Black. Sony Ericsson unveiled four new panels for its touchscreen phone the Xperia X1 that will be available somewhere in March. The panels are sort of a ‘homepage’ screen where content that the user want would be displayed at the forefront and the Xperia X1 already comes preloaded with panels such as Google Search, Facebook and Windows Live. The new panels announced are - CNN, Skype Mytopia and ‘On the Road’.
