Nokia Takes Action Against Chinese Cloners
Nokia has initiated product design lawsuits against two companies for manufacturing and selling of mobile phones. The two companies involved are Telsda Mobile and Song Xun Da Zhong Ke. The lawsuit requests monetary damages and costs to be paid. An example of the blatantly copied design would be the Telsda A317 which looks uncannily like the Nokia 7260.
