In an attempt to challenge the long ruling Sony Ericsson with its Walkman brand, Samsung works together with Bang & Olufsen to introduce the Samsung i450. This attempt may be futile as it doesn’t have the branding to beat the Walkman however the quality is its music is unquestionable with credits given to the “ICEpower” amplifier technology. The Samsung i450 mimicks the Nokia N95 sliding design but comes in 2 sliding modes - First is by sliding down to access the numeric keypad. Secondly is to slide it up to reveal a pair of speakers. Plus, the display flips between portrait and landscape depending on how it is being held, either vertically or horizontally.
