Unlocking Permanently Damages iPhone Says Apple

Apple has stated that unlocking the iPhone would permanently damage it but that won’t deter hackers from breaking the code. A consumer warning from Apple was that buy an ‘unlocked’ at your own risk since most cell phones are sold in the United States tied to the carrier. Usually Apple would release software updates to prevent others from hacking its products but the unlocking program used by some of the hackers permanently damages the software.
